Kriss and Brandon review/discuss/roast Brightburn. It's an unoriginal take on "what if Superman went bad as a kid". There's a lot of potential with this concept and it's definitely got some gory moments. But overall, it's just going to remind you that Chronicle did it better and there are other stories in the comics (Superman: Red Son, Injustice, etc) that also do it better. It's as if this film focused on a handful of cool looking scenes and forgot to flesh out the story pieces it attempts to set up. Which is a shame because this is actually a good cast with a solid concept. It just doesn't live up to the expectations.
