Well Arrow has it's big bad guy, Ra's Al Ghul. I haven't seen him in a lot of stuff (do remember him from Riddick) but I'm trusting CW on picking Matt Nable. I can't wait to see how much more we learn about the relationship between Oliver/Canary/Ra's.
