Join us as we wrap up season 3 of Torchwood, Children of Earth.  In a year that saw the state sanction separation of infants and children from their parents at the U.S. border and those same children being housed in cages and permanently ripped from their families, we discuss the ethics and the prophetic nature of Children of Earth, when a decision is made to sacrifice unaccompanied asylum seeking children as a first resort in dealing with the alien incursion.  We also discuss the concept of an intergalactic drug addict (which is what the 456 essentially is) and how this season's choices were the final straw for Captain Jack, who despite what others believe, cares more than he should, and has everything to lose and everything to fear.
